Jupiter Dream Co. Shipping Policy
At Jupiter Dream Co, each piece is handmade with care and intention. Because of this, all standard orders require processing time before shipment.

Processing & Delivery Time
Standard orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase. This includes:
- Up to 7 days for processing and creation 
- Up to 7 days for shipping and delivery 

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.

International Orders                                                                                                           At this time, Jupiter Dream Co. only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping due to tariffs, regulations, and associated liabilities.

Custom, Specialty, & Pre-Order Items
This timeframe does not apply to custom items, specialty pieces, or pre-orders.

Processing and delivery times for these items will vary and are determined on a case-by-case basis. Estimated timelines, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or separately.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping services. Carrier selection may vary based on location and availability.

Delays & Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, Jupiter Dream Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather delays, transit issues, or high shipping volume periods.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jupiter Dream Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
