All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Please review all product details and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@jupiterdreamco.com with:

•     Your order number
•     Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
